A non-refundable deposit of £80 per week is requested on making a reservation - balance due a month before arrival (invoice sent).

Part week bookings can be made in flats 2,3 and 5 from mid November until the end of February, excluding school holidays, Christmas and New Year.

Flats are available from 2.30pm and must be vacated by 10.00am.

Central heating included as appropriate.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

If you unfortunately have to cancel your holiday we will need to charge the following:

• * More than 28 days’ notice - the £80 non-refundable deposit.
• * 28 days or less - 100%.

We therefore strongly recommend holiday insurance.
